RETURNS
If you are not satisfied with a purchased item it may be returned to us within 30 days and we’ll give you a refund (excluding delivery costs). All merchandise must be returned in original packing, unused and include a copy of your invoice. Please contact us prior to returning an order so we can assure quick processing of the cancellation.
REFUNDS
Refunds will be issued if the returned item is substantially not as described or is unfit for the intended purpose and was recommended by our staff, otherwise we offer a store credit. Credit/Refunds amounts will be made for the initial order total (excluding freight). Return freight costs will be covered by the customer.
All returns and credit/refunds are subject to inspection of goods.
WARRANTY
Goods covered by manufacturers warranty are for Australian residents only.
To determine if your item is eligible for a warranty claim, please carefully review and complete the form provided below. Please note that the extent of warranty coverage may vary depending on the manufacturer of the product. While Brisbane Industrial Supplies will assist in initiating the claim process, the final decision on which faults and failures are covered lies with the manufacturer, and therefore, outcomes cannot be guaranteed by Brisbane Industrial Supplies.
Please be aware that damages resulting from improper use or care, accidents, modifications, or negligence are typically not covered under warranty claims. Additionally, normal wear and tear, as well as deterioration or fading of natural materials due to age, usage, or environmental factors, are generally not included in warranty coverage. Brisbane Industrial Supplies strives to handle all warranty claims with minimal cost to the customer however in some instances, cost may incur.
Once you have submitted the form, Brisbane Industrial Supplies will be in touch to confirm the receipt of your warranty request within 7 business days. Following an initial assessment by the Brisbane Industrial Supplies team, your claim will then be sent to the manufacturer/supplier for their evaluation and decision. It is an Occupational Health and Safety requirement that any product needing to be returned* for an evaluation must be in clean and dry condition. Items that do not meet this requirement may be returned to the address provided on the warranty form.
Brisbane Industrial Supplies will inform you of the outcome, which may involve repair, credit, replacement, or denial of the claim. While we endeavour to facilitate a smooth process, we kindly ask for your patience as the timeframe for resolution can vary depending on the product type and supplier involved. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation throughout this process.
*Brisbane Industrial Supplies is not liable for any inbound returns that are lost in transit. We highly suggest returns are sent with registered post and tracking to ensure delivery.
